You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt with this return form:

 

This can be done both in the store and by post. You can choose which postal company you do this with. You can choose the option exchange, money back on our return form, you then pay the return costs yourself, or a voucher with an additional € 5.00 because we then reimburse the return costs of a maximum of 5 euros. Returning is at your own responsibility, so keep your track and trace code safe! Returns are processed within 14 working days of receipt. At the time of processing you will receive an email with a credit note. The amount will be refunded within 3 working days after receipt of the credit note to the payment method you used under 'Mollie Payments'. Unfortunately, it is administratively impossible for us to inform everyone when we have received their return shipment, this information can be viewed via your track & trace code that you received with the return shipment. PAY ATTENTION! Add your form because without data we can NOT process your return.

 

Time for reflection/return It may happen that you want to return an order.

Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 4.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can download the return form at the top of this page. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Note: keep your track and trace code well. The return shipment is at your own risk. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
